Thank you for your review. We are pleased that Stefanini was a great place for you to start your IT career! However, I’m sorry you felt you could not take time off due to working the overnight shift. Stefanini certainly understands the importance of work-life balance and, as such, we provide generous paid time off. Our teams, specifically managers, do their best to accommodate time off requests by rearranging schedules, but on smaller teams this is increasingly difficult. Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you left Stefanini with negative experience. That is always disappointing to hear. While opportunities are dependent upon customer needs and locations, Stefanini has many positions available all of the time. In fact, many of our Service Delivery Manager positions are fulfilled from remote locations and have proven to be successful, especially in light of the pandemic. Each year Stefanini conducts an engagement survey to gauge employee satisfaction. Our results have steadily increased with each collection.
