      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Talented team of people who care about their work and each other. Results oriented group of people who want to win. Management is solid, local support is good, and the sales team is a strong mix of people. Benefits and compensation are very good. Good environment lots of experienced people.

      Cons

      hard to grow the business given the situation with print advertising decline. The company has done a good job of staying proactive in it's digital approach. Acquisition focus is encouraging.. The pay is also not clear, there is not payscale that you can base on.

      They make you hardworking for a bad salary

      It's a big company, but they not recognize people well.

      Besides a lot of opportunities it's hard to get one of them

      Not a long term option

      Pros

      Good starter position, offers some flexibility for those that may be in school.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the IT field, but they expect more than what they pay for. Raises are negligible. With outsourcing it's not the most stable work environment for US employees, although the outsourced country is horrible at support. Not a long term option.

      Thank you for taking the time to rate us. We are never happy when an employee feels insecure in their position. While it is a reality of the IT and staffing world today that outsourcing must happen to maintain customer satisfaction, it is relatively rare that a US project must be eliminated completely and moved overseas. Stefanini will always do what it needs to do so we can meet the customer’s needs, but in the event it affects an employee’s position, we have a great track record of finding another position within the company for the effected employee.
