      Pros

      They are willing to accept those career shifters and fresh graduates which help me a lot in building my career.

      Cons

      Well it depends which account you'll be in, but from the account the I came from is ungenerous. In my 2 years stay I only had my salary increase once, and it doesn't make any difference for what I get after that increase.

      There is ABSOLUTELYnothing that I would find as pro with Stefanini.

      Cons

      Incompetent HR. Guys, the contracts that you sign actually have to observe a county,s laws. No English language knowledge with the management. Honestly guys...I am a qualified teacher and a lawyer. Excuse me...What went on there made me contact the Interpol. I caanot tell you in other countries but in Romania you are a disaster. Anybody want details? I will let each possible European and Brazilian authorities know about Stefanini. Guys I am technical...Never in my life will I recommend Stefanini as a working place. As a lawyer I will put the labour contract I have signed with Stefanini to work...Do not even think it will stop here. And the salaries are miscalculated...come on guys...be honest and get out of Romania.
