      Good place to start, Bad place to stay

      Pros

      -They will hire you without any experience -Its a good place to start your career -Will not be asked to work from home

      Cons

      -Management has NO IT background -The web portal they make you use to sign up for benefits and submit timesheets is horrible and rarely works correctly -There is no job security what so ever -They micro manage making it very hard to contact upper management -Benefits are below average -Pay is below average -No room for advancement -Will not allow you to work from home, even though most of the work is remote anyways -Vacation/PTO/Floating holiday system is very confusing and is not easy to use -Training is a joke, only covering benefits, pay and sexual harrassment -Very old school way of doing business

      - Good benefits (health, etc). - Flexible place to work

      Cons

      - Being allocated in customers makes you not have any career plan - HR don't really care about you, they don't even know your name or make anual review to discuss your goals or your interest in being allocated on customer.

      Pros

      There aren't any pro's to working for Stefanini. I'm getting out of this company as soon as I can.

      Cons

      They pay a lot less than other contract houses and offer little to no benefits. If you do accept a position through Stefanini I wouldn't recommend that it be anything long-term.
