      Pros

      The salary is comparable to what is offered for this position in the market. I really enjoy the work I do at the sites that I support.

      Cons

      Our ticketing system is not an improvement over what the company had before Stefanini took over the IT desktop support contract. I'm extremely upset with the transition from one IT service provider at our site to the Stefanini team. I'm also disappointed with the level of management expertise.

      Pros

      Great place to start your career. There are some really good opportunities but you have to want it.

      Cons

      Pay is very low depending on the desk you work on. The worst is the outsourcing. You never know from day to day if you have a job to come into the next day.

I’m sorry you feel your job is unstable; however, our managers will never surprise their employees with an immediate layoff. Sometimes outsourcing is what is best for our clients’ needs. This being said, our Recruiters work hard placing you into a new position should something happen to your current position that was out of your control. We recognize that job security can be a concern here, which is why we rarely turn to outsourcing as a solution.       It was OK, but no room for advancement. You will get stale.

      Pros

      Worked at a non Stefanini site, which Stefanini provided IT services to. Pros: - Decent Pay for an entry position. - If you need to travel they make it easy to get everything booked and are quick to pay you back for your expenses. -Always pay on time. -Benefits were decent.

      Cons

      Cons: - No room for advancement. You will be stuck in your position indefinitely - Good luck getting a pay raise.... - If you are not working at a Stefanini site the entry paper work is a pain to get done.

Stefanini has a ton of opportunities available every day on their job board, so I apologize that you felt you had no opportunity to advance. We definitely recognized that the new hire paperwork was challenging to complete which was why we recently switched over to another system which allows paperwork to be completed electronically now.
