Pros
Initial impression is that the company is very entrepreneurial in spirit, there is little red tape to get things done. If you see a problem or opportunity, identify it and you're able to get to the appropriate person or resource to review and implement changes. So far everyone I've engaged with, from peers, Helpdesk Technicians, Managers, etc. have all been very friendly, willing to help and have a true desire to take care of business and the client.
Cons
Initial impression is that the company might be a little too budget concious, but nothing that has prevented work from getting done.
