Still a lot to learn about treating employees

Pros

Payments are made correctly. There is a compensatory time off.

Cons

No investments on education, courses at all. Keeps a huge distance from employees working on clients. Don't create expectations on evolve a carreer in this enterprise.

While Stefanini has many opportunities with many clients around the country and the world, it is an unfortunate reality of the business we operate in that it could be hard to transition in your career unless a position exists with a customer in your area that fits your skill set.
