      Pros

      The company is a very large one, so it has lots of clients and projects you can work on. If you really want to change position you can say 'hey I'd like to move to that other project'.

      Cons

      The hiring bar is not that high so you could be on a position of having not great developers working with you.

      Very Good Company To Work For

      I have worked several companies , But this is good company,good work culture , good hr policy.Best things is Flexible Timing and Work From Home. Good Work and personal life balance. All peoples are very friendly.

      Cons

      No Cons still yet, but it will be better if move to other place.
