      - really nothing that i can think of

      Cons

      -Below market salaries -24/h shifts even on international holiday like Christmas , New Years EVE -Really bad senior management. Oblivious to problems that occur in the first line of support

      Awesome company to work for!

      Pros

      People are kind and undestanding. They support you in any way they can. There are monthly group meals.

      Cons

      If you are outsourced, you cannot negotiate your salary much. The raises are rare and small. They do not offer too much trainings, conferences etc.
