      Pros

      The pros of working at the company are the relaxed atmosphere and great colleagues of diverse backgrounds and ages. Also the dress code is very permissive allowing a relaxed feel for all seasons. The management is also very open to suggestions and the workflow is well managed that way.

      Cons

      Very little time off depending on the project and job title. Sometimes understaffed projects left employees very overworked and frustrated.
