Good physical environment, good HR department worried about the employee needs and expectations. The site (in Porto Alegre, Brazil) is well located.

Cons

Low salary. A lot of benefits instead of increase the salary. HR department was worried about the employee needs and expectations but not too effective about achieve them.

Decent place to start for those starting out in IT. For anybody who has no experice, the colleagues work with you to expand your knowledge base.

Cons

Pay, simply pay. There is a special kind of inept for people who believe that paying the very people who keeps your business flowing far below national average, then make them jump through hoops for raises, if they decide to give them.
