      Pros

      At first everyone seemed young, hard working, and focused. I think they were either all brain washed or too scared to actually think outside the box.

      Cons

      Any sort of reccommendation to streamline and make work more cost effective was taken as an insult or you had an attitude.

      Pros

      ITIL based company for whole processes. Flexibility and good price to the customer.

      Cons

      The good structure presented in Brazil is is not the same if compared with USA and EMEA. In Brazil - Low salaries, high comissions when you pass through the detractor. Outside Brazil - average salaries without structure to support the whole company's portfolio.

      Pros

      Its a good way to get your foot in the IT door.

      Cons

      You will get half of what the client's IT staffs gets to do the same job and while our jobs themselves are outsourced in the USA for this company your project is at constant risk of getting internationally outsourced. It is like the American jobs are just teasers to sell the idea to the client so they can ship the jobs out further.
