      Pros

      Very flexible with hours. Medocrity is celebrated here.

      Cons

      HR runs the show. Senior management won't stand up to them. This is the first time I have ever heard of a revenue driven business being run by HR. The CFO and CEO seems to have no say in anything at this company. They will never succeed in the US with this model. They do not reward for doing a good job, no bonuses, no club awards, nothing. There is absolutely no incentive to succeed.

      decent starting pay | very knowledgable, helpful, and fun co-workers | Very diverse group | Opportunities to work on projects | You can work on projects/jobs that play to your strengths | Plenty of opportunity to expand | Opportunity to work with many many different technologies (I.E. Sharepoint, Active Directory, Remote Desktops, RSA technology, VPN technology, All Office Products) | You get to work with very high profile clients!

      Cons

      A "Promotion" doesn't come with a raise | Everyone is an IT Specialist, and we all make the same wage. (besides small yearly raises) | Multiple client support under one roof | More of a customer service job than a technician job at times | As an IT Specialist, you are often doing administrative tasks instead of IT work. (I.E. Booking video conferences, setting delegate access)
