      - Great people to work with, in different hierarchical layers - The company gives career opportunities - Chance to interact with a multinational business environment

      Cons

      - The company gives career opportunities up to a point, not very effective in developing employees - Currently, the company's sites (Brazil, US, EMEA etc.) are not fully aligned in terms of BBPs, processes etc.

      Pros

      The people that work there are what make this company a fun place to work and it's what kept me going for the last 6 years. Benefits are decent and the company tries to invest in training and developing its people.

      Cons

      Sometimes I wish things were more transparent. Higher management looks mostly at numbers. Factory system that doesn't work.
