Pros

- Smart, hardworking people on the Paid Search team who genuinely care about client performance - Exposure to small-medium, well-known accounts with meaningful budgets - Opportunity to take ownership of major accounts early in your career - If you’re self-directed, you can learn a lot—because you’re forced to figure things out yourself - You will get to work on a beauty account if that’s your thing

Cons

- Leadership is disconnected from reality. Senior leadership had little awareness of what was happening day-to-day across the largest and most important accounts. - Leadership over reacts to LinkedIn posts and uses as their main knowledge source rather than actually testing. - Strategy teams often lack deep client or channel understanding, yet heavily influence decisions, slowing execution and creating unnecessary noise. - Credit-taking is a real issue. Innovative work and process improvements are not always attributed to the people who actually create them. - Constant fire drills, rework, and regular expectations to work outside normal hours due to strategy leads unable to align internally in a timely manner. - Work-life balance is average for the US, below average for agency. - Only 15 PTO days per year and they offer PTO sharing among employees due to low amount of PTO offered. - Health insurance is very expensive due to the small company size.

Pros

- The people is what makes this company really special. I love my coworkers and everyone is very willing to jump in and help. Everyone is very understanding and patient which feels great coming in as a newcomer. It's a small company feel in the sense that everyone knows each other; culture is fabulous. - If you're looking for growth and challenge opportunities to be more well-rounded -- this is the place for you! You are invited and encouraged to own your development and speak up about areas you want to lean in harder or want more reps on -- even if it's outside your scope. - Lots of opportunities to learn and stay up to date on cutting-edge trends, tech, etc. You'll never feel left behind in the space. Love that leadership makes it a big initiative to keep the organization as a whole alive and aware in the space. - You are always heard and will be listened to by leadership! In fact, they want your input and the know in how you're feeling. This is the biggest strength. - Work/life balance is healthy. You are expected to work hard, but it definitely pays off. Good, hard work is rewarded and recognized.

Cons

I would give Stella a 4.5 if I could -- the .5 lost due: - Though the people are fabulous, the organizations feels siloed by departments/client teams. It would be nice to have a way to communicate (via Slack/Teams) to really get to know the team, get news faster, kudos, etc. - Comes high, quick growth company (which is great) comes natural growing pains with finding natural structure/procedure, standardizing processes, etc.
