Instability, no real business plan, sometimes it felt like it was an employee revolving door.

Pros

I experienced a very strong onboarding experience; management really cared, and they scheduled multiple check-ins within an organized process. I personally love working places where - if you get your work done - balance is yours; I have really found that to be the mentality here. Many of the "fun" boxes are checked - dogs in the office occasionally, a fun culture committee, weekly happy hours, opportunities to bond. But, more than those things, I really enjoyed the people, the driven environment, and the slew of excellent benefits.

Cons

There are opportunities to better connect the three offices, which I think they are addressing.
