      Pros

      The agency practices what it preaches. Managers are respectful of your time, there is open and honest communication, and we work as teams to solve challenging situations - no one is in it alone! Great work is also rewarded. Because of the company structure, teams are constantly cross-sharing knowledge and improving on campaigns via other account's learnings. Even with the company being 100% remote, you still feel connected to the people you work with. The all agency meetings 2x per year are also so much fun! Beautifully planned with a great mix of team bonding, information sharing, and learning.

      Pros

      Caring and empathetic leadership team. Great client roster that is continuing to grow with exciting new business wins. Very smart people and subject matter experts on various teams. Flexible remote work environment. Great job at recognizing employees who are putting in the work and deserve it. Plenty of opportunities for learning and development.

      Cons

      Fast growth resulting in high workload management which is not for everyone. Communication between teams could be more streamlined but the agency is working on this.

      Pros

      - A lot of paid time off (half days on Fridays during summer months, week off between Christmas and New Years, etc.) - Good work environment - Support from your manager to grow your skillset - A lot of upward mobility - Competitive salaries - Only manage a 4-7 clients rather than 15-20 like other poorly ran agencies

      Cons

      - Sometimes workload can add up if you don't manage your clients' expectations appropriately
