9/80 work week and pay is the ONLY decent things @ the Melville NY location. Management is unrealistic!

9/80 Work Week. The pay was decent.

Cons

It is a very antiquated system. There is no job traceability on the production floor. You have to track everything manually using an Excel spreadsheet "Tracker" for every project you are assigned.
