Helpful co-workers, management moves people around to find best fit and help other teams out - there's a variety skills to gain and ability to work on all brands, good benefits, flexible hybrid/remote work. Depending on the supervisor and the team your on, you can be either stressed with your workload or more relaxed with deadlines.
Cons
Made aware of deadlines last minute, communication nonexistent at times between management and coworkers, management will do what they want no matter what your opinion is. Will make people feel guilty for taking vacations.
