Pros
Very goal- and efficiency-driven culture but also a good family spirit (in Germany) At group level: big company with decent salary and advantages, trying to get more on the agile and digital side of things. Interesting developments in terms of product in the last few years (mobility, electric vehicles...).
Cons
Too many silos, hierarchy and politics can sometimes be smothering/a hindrance. The group is still too centralised and too "French" despite recent efforts to globalize tools, processes and teams. About HR: I wish the group also applied its beloved concept of customer centricity to its own people culture.
