      Dream Job, great benefits, and room to grow

      Pros

      Company is very much about the Dream Job and is employee focused. Routine benefits are very good plus many fringe benefits also help; good work-life balance. I've seen few things holding me back from trying new ideas and getting involved in the direction of the company.

      Cons

      They want self-motivated people, which may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Small company feel, great workforce, good benefits, all employees have a say in the company strategic plan. Company tries to "match an employee's dream job with a customer's critical need" - great concept!

      Cons

      Contracts with government result in pressures to reduce cost without valuing experience. Company does fight this but a bit of a losing battle at times.

      Profit sharing is a nice benefit.

      Cons

      Company is tough to work for if you aren't far, far left. No growth - company has flat lined. Most long term employees have been pushed out by the CEO.
