Variety of work experiences. Colleagues are exceptional in their field. Company has depth and breadth of Systems Engineering experience. 40 hrs of training is offered each year. Benefits are good.

Cons

Customer base in the SF Bay Area is small which can lead to breaks in work. It is managed as a top down company.

Small company feel, great workforce, good benefits, all employees have a say in the company strategic plan. Company tries to "match an employee's dream job with a customer's critical need" - great concept!

Cons

Contracts with government result in pressures to reduce cost without valuing experience. Company does fight this but a bit of a losing battle at times.
