Consistent schedule and knowledge of when one is working for a full year. The 12hr block scheduling allows for better planning for medical visits and even day to day life. Satisfaction of doing a complete job
Cons
The higher ups keep blowing smoke and not properly examining orders that need to be filled versus what one thinks will sell. They have shortsightness on what needs to be done and the proper way to do things. They go by computer logistics versus what actually happens. The timing can be off completely because they fail to impute other factors in their timings.
