      Lots of change over the past few years with upper management. Culture seemed to really be taking a hit/feeling down and out.

      Pros

      Clear strategy plan and direction from management. A commitment to innovation and new products. A sense of positive support and family feeling like we used to have. Finally a leader who gets it.

      Cons

      Still have silos that need to be broken. IRA match could be more competitive.

      Pros

      Decent starting job. Basic benefits. Lower management is better than ten years ago. 12 hour work days mean full time with 3 & 4 days off a week.

      Cons

      Real wage growth is shrinking due to big (and continuing) bonus cuts since '08. Low premium over min. wage ($11) may discourage rotational molding workers from relatively high workload and quick pace.
