Pros
They’ve made a lot of improvement as far as management. I feel some of the floor managers could be more respectful. Everything is pretty simple lots of repetition. The more hours you put in, the easier it gets.
Cons
They’re always hiring and seem to give the trainees unlimited BOTD. If your workers are noticing someone doesn’t want to work, believe them. We gain nothing. Then management critiques us and anywhere between the next day or following week, trainer quits. Most people aren’t prepared to work in a factory with machines being ran at 540 degrees or more.
