Great people to work with. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

The work environment is very harsh and toxic. You are expected to be on call 24/7 and even while on PTO.

High Exposure to a lot of cool funds as well as cool deals. Most of the people are really nice. Great way to learn more about venture capital as well as understand the VC landscape

Cons

Some of the people can be rude or condescending. Subjective workflow can create hours of work for no reason the pay is not great for the hours expected
