      Pros

      The work culture at StepStone is amazing. Everyone is very nice and willing to help. People here actually spend time with you outside of work and constantly motivate you to strive for greatness. The benefits are awesome, the bonus is a big plus, there is unlimited high quality snacks, and a wide variety of beverages that can't be beat. You can carve your own path in this fast growing company.

      Wish there was more senior leadership/mentorship. The work can get a bit repetitive.

      The snacks and the area the office is located

      Cons

      Very high turnover based on the extremely toxic work culture. There is no way this company should have this high of a rating based on employee sentiment. Low pay and overworked. No opportunities for growth here. I would only take a job here if it is your only option.
