You come across some great people to work with that have the same drive to succeed as you do.

Cons

No matter how much you work or the number of hours you put in you are just a number and not valued for your contributions. Hiring is done by recruiters and you don't meet the new hire till after they are already hired. Recruiters mislead new hires on job functions.

good starter job in this field

if you need to start at a call center this would be a good start as the pay is low for what they asking to do but its good experience to obtain

Cons

there is no room to grow within this company and they have heavy high call volume for the amount of staff for each dept and pay not worth it
