Values and brand are a farce. Not one executive walks the talk. The lack of concern for their people is mind boggling. They are only focused on the stock price and what is in it for them. Employees work long, exhausting hours for absolutely no gratification. There's not one program in place for recognition or appreciation. Leaders don't care how hard anyone works for the company, you are just a number to them. There's a reason there's so much turnover and the candidate pool is empty.
