There will never be lack of work there. Doesn't matter if it's War pandemics or whatever they will always be medical waste there will always be work here.

Cons

You need a proper maintenance team one or two guys can't hold it all down.

No care for employees. No advancement. No incentive. CEO gets massive bonuses and you get nothing more than a 3% raise.
