Stericycle emphasizes culture and team work from the get go. They are very focused on engagement and collectively reaching a goal. Management is supportive and the teams are well balanced

Cons

Some information seems to be ever changing. Lots of programs started with no real goals or direction only to be forgotten about for months and then randomly reappear.
