Unorganized and incompetent

Pros

Pros none to be honest it has definitely been an experience working for this plantation. I say that simply due to the fact your are overworked and underpaid.

Cons

Cons every no balance or accountability from incompetent management. Ninety percent of the employees are always neither drunk or high and I truly understand why this place is stressful always mandatory for weekends stress on the body but this company doesn’t care. Even though they act as if they care but don’t god forbid you get hurt it your butt.., if you can handle a little disfunction you’ll be fine, if not this is not the place for you.

The management was not good and they loved working harder not smarter.
