AP processing team and Department Supervisor was great to work with. Hybrid schedule, flexible with hours.

Cons

Chaotic and unorganized 65 percent of the time. Lack of training and cross training for departments. Senior Management did not value employees' input on departmental issues and struggles.

We have fair management that works with you as long as you do your best.plus lot's of OT, and once fully staffed 4 day schedule.

Cons

Sometimes we get high turnover which causes the workload distribution to be heavy and causes you to burn out.
