      -Low qualification requirements -Easy to get hired due to high turnover rate -Something to pay the bills -Most coworkers are friendly

      -Poor management and administration -Lack of accountability -Unprofessional work environment -Insufficient safety supplies, resources, and infrastructure -Poor compensation and raises are rare and minimal -Unreasonable workload and demands -High turnover rate -Frequent hiring freezes -Poor management of high overhead revenue -Hesitant and reluctant to request emergency response when necessary -Limited caeeer advancement opportunities

      The company is trying to rebrand itself, since it is now more than just waste management

      Cons

      The growth of the organization has been attributed to the acquisition of other companies. Unfortunately, with waste management being their forte, they are struggling with the companies that they’ve acquired that are not waste management related.

      The pay was decent and benefits okay

      Cons

      People in positions they should not be in. HR is terrible...probably the worst offenders. Unethical. Lots of lawsuits. No leadership or true direction. Have core values but not really upheld or true.
