Pros

Flexible hours with manageable work load. Supervisor to team member ratio is 1:12-15 which is also manageable. I wish I could say something more positive but there isn't much.

Cons

You are a nobody just a number. They love to preach about team member engagement and how much you mean to the organization but DON'T BELIEVE THE LIE. It is feel good propaganda.

None: you start at the lowliest level possible, forced to read from a script and try to get more money from doctors, nursing homes who are paying too much already

Cons

Horrible upper management results to no vision, no direction, no guidance and a mission statement that is false. I worked there for three years and they let me out to dry
