      raises are horrible ,if you get one.The raises we should have had months ago , is now frozen...... time off?? all you hear is "i dont have anyone to cover you." plan a vacation and a week before youre told they are taking back the approval.so youre screwed and told youre lucky to have a job. During this pandemic the bosses are in hiding . no gloves , no masks, not sterilizing the workplace, as they "work" from home. We were told the government is blowing this out of proportion..nice to hear from someone who is in their kitchen while im out in it ....

      Stay away from Communications Solutions

      Pros

      Corporate Stericycle has improved since I left the company and changes in high-level positions seem to be a major reason for it.

      Cons

      Communications Solutions has historically been a difficult division to work in regardless of department. The high level level of employee churn in the past year and a half within Sales and Marketing, especially at VP and director levels, demonstrates a lot of problems that don’t seem to be improving.
