the upper level managers (not my direct manger) can be callous and rude. They don't seem to care what your job is and they make bad decisions

Looking forward to changes due to WM acquisition. We have been through a lot over the last 3+ years (software integration in Operations, acquisition)...future looks bright(er).

Cons

More accountability needed throughout, Follow the rules, regulations, training, procedures, etc.
