      Stay away from Communications Solutions. It's a sinking ship!

      Great work-life balance, PTO policy and comradery amongst coworkers

      Cons

      Should have leaders who more emotionally intelligent in this day and age. This would help improve employee relations.

      Pros

      I was able to work from home.

      Cons

      The called one day and said you no longer have a job. The call center positions are rarely full time and they expect you to commit to hours but you may not work them, example you can commit to 8AM-8PM but work 8-1 and have to come back for 3-7.

      Culture is great. Dental insurance is good.

      C-level leaders lack of ability for strategic management and execution for company's continuous growth, and the bottom team members take the pain of it.
