Upper management has no empathy. Pay is poor. Weekend office hours.

Pros

The coworkers you meet and interact with, the variety in styles that you work with, the opportunity to move up in the company.

Cons

The shift you work. Since they are open 24-7 you'll have to work a holiday but you get paid more to do so. Training goes really fast so keep on your toes.

Low stress work environment, ability to make a difference in the recycling and greening of hospitals.

Cons

Communication and accountability in the company is horrendous. You really, and I truly mean it, cannot depend on anyone to do anything.
