They really are trying to make a number of improvements. The team were fantastic and worked really well together. We would regularly catch up and everyone was super supportive.

Cons

Being managed by the US because they did not always understand the constraints and issues we had in the UK

Micromanagement Managers turning up un announced to try and catch you out Say you can manage your own diary but that's a lie. Expenses whenever they feel like it. Huge turnover of staff. Expected to prospect but outside of work hours
