      Flexible working - 2 days a week from home. Great team.

      Cons

      Not valued and not appreciated. No pay rise in almost 3 years there. Noisy office.

      People, by far the greatest asset Leeds location has free parking

      Cons

      Management are draconian, governed by the US and no one empowered to make any decisive actions. A lot of changes to the business which has severely dented staff morale No pay rises for years 'Other' business units under resourced and zero board interest
