Some of my coworkers. A lot of good people left the company.

Cons

Stericycle used to be a decent place to work but in recent years it has really gone downhill. The culture is absolutely terrible - no support at all, no training, poor morale, everyone is miserable. Favoritism is rampant which further erodes morale. Company fails to address the root cause issues of poor service quality, product quality and availability issues. It got to the point where I was embarrassed to say that I work for Stericycle because of all of the service issues. I'm in a much better place now. Company treats employees unfairly and lacks integrity when it comes to salary and compensation.

Sadly, the pros are all in the past

Cons

Sadly the Board has now missed twice. First was appointing the previous C-Suite and now the current one. Need leaders like the original team that started the company if there is any chance to save it.
