      Pros

      The only pro are the other people that work there, but if you get good at hitting your quota then even they become jealous.

      Cons

      Pressure cooker kind of job. A lot pressure to hit the metrics. The don't trust their employees so there is a lot micromanaging.

      Good thing gone bad

      Pros

      Casual work environment. That's all I can think of. Typing extra works is the only way to get to the 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Management only pretends to listen to you. They talk a good game but you'll see through them eventually. Customers are lied to and manipulated into resigning long term contracts that increase their service when they are already over serviced. The contracts are expensive to get out of. This is one of the most unethical companies I have ever worked for and I'm currently working to get out of here.
