Decent Compensation & Benefits, bouyed by Employee Stock Program that has paid off well due to stock price increase.

Cons

Hire and fire mentality. Expect salaried employees to work significantly more than 40 hours. High stress and low morale. Huge disconnect between their stated values and their actions. Little to no career opportunity.

Too many to name! uneducated non professionals in positions they don't deserve! Managers who would not know how to manage a class of 2nd graders. Awful attendance policy. NO OPEN DOOR POLICY, RIPS CUSTOMERS OFF!! NO consistency, tact or CLASS! VERY despicable company! Rewards based on how much butt is kissed vs work done!!

The company has great individuals to work with coming from many different walks in life. The nature of the work is very easy and there is a great emphasis on training, career development, and enhancing employee moral through various activities.

Cons

Sitting down for 10-11 hours at a time may be excruciating for some. At times the nature of the work can be too easy and thus one may become bored or not feel challenged at all.
