Pros

Pay was okay for college students. Closing was easy for a retail store.

Cons

Standing for long hours, management was run by very young people.

Pros

Great benefits, everybody is super friendly, and a relaxed environment but still functioning. There is no dress code (except for "wearing Steve Madden shoes") and you get to participate in the Steve Madden Music concerts and International photoshoots.

Cons

There really isn't too much room for creativity especially since it has to be approved by the higher ups, but you're always encouraged to try. Sometimes gets super busy but most of the time it's a consistent work load.

Pros

The 40% discount. Small store, so it felt like a team.

Cons

You had to be a suck-up to the managers to have a good experience working here. Hard work, not enough pay.
