Pros

Great people, free shoes, health benefits

Cons

Although the company has its perks, once you start advancing in your position, you become more aware of red flags and a toxic work culture. Some of the upper-level management seems stuck in the past and relies on outdated marketing strategies. They fail to listen to their knowledgeable employees and instead appropriate their ideas as their own. This company has great potential for success, but it suffers from an abundance of decision-makers who insist on doing things their own way. Moreover, there is a lack of transparency in how things are handled.

Pros

Fashion, city life, tradeshows, possible travel depending on position

Cons

High overturn since pandemic, have to fight to get raise and/or title change, they'd rather let you go and hire someone young and inexperienced for less salary

Pros

Great benefits packages, decent PTO, and great people.

Cons

Out of date systems, no organization, HR is a mess, and poor communication between departments. The IT department only exists in the LIC office, and most of the designers work in the city offices, this does not match up.
