Everything about the company. Sales staff in corporate is totally incompetent. They have no back up plans if they lose customers and nothing in the pipeline. The whole point of sales is to always be selling well these guys get a big fish then kick their feet up and let everyone else do the work. From employees being forced to serve clients lunches to making you stay late with no compensation. This company hits on every red flag in the book. Upper management is clueless, they don’t give a flying you know what about employees. They work their employees to death and if something goes wrong they blame the lowest person on the totem pole and let who really made the mistake slide. No ownership of anything it’s always someone else’s fault or up to someone else to fix. As i states stay the away.
