Pros

Freedom to be self starter. Casual, fun, and fast paced work environment. Lots of cross pollination between divisions. Not corporate. Company is healthy so compensation for ambitious people isn't limited.

Cons

Disorganization and not the strongest brand direction. It is more of an item business without a long term plan
