      Nice corporate discount, good benefits, 401k, annual bonus, nice office.

      Cons

      Poor upper management on the corporate side, lack of leadership, old school mentality not open to new ideas, too much favoritism.

      Pros

      Easy, fast paced, free shoes, customers are nice. Pay is decent but could be better. Commission based so you're in charge of your own paycheck.

      Cons

      Management isn't the best. They overlook so many people who deserve to be promoted and instead look for outside people who aren't trainable!!
