You do truly make the decision for your store. You get to explore every dept. in a store level. For example if you love HR, you really get to put your experiences to work when it comes to hiring, coaching and etc. Or if you love visuals and products, you get to set up and play with new merchandises all day.
Cons
No yearly reviews and raises unless your growing to a higher volume door. Benefit is at a standard level.
